A guide to becoming a Nesttr helper

Nesttr helpers are independent people who earn by offering everyday services in their city: shopping and errands, driving, moving help, home organising, tech help for seniors, pet care, elder companionship, non-medical caretaking, hospital escorts, platonic companionship for outings, and professional services such as physiotherapy and counselling. You choose your services, your hours and your city.

How it works

  1. Sign up with your phone number or Google account.
  2. Complete verification of your identity and address. This is required before you can accept bookings.
  3. Choose a membership — 3 months, 1 year or lifetime — which covers verification and platform access.
  4. Build your profile: pick the services you are genuinely good at, add a clear photo, your languages and a short, specific description.
  5. Set your availability and start accepting bookings. You keep 85% of every booking, paid out weekly to your bank account.

Who makes a great helper

Reliable, punctual, patient people who communicate clearly. Experience matters more than formal qualifications for most services — for example, years of driving in city traffic, or caring for an elderly relative. Professional services such as physiotherapy or counselling require the relevant qualification.

Rules every helper follows

  • Stay within the booked service and time, and agree any extra work first.
  • Never ask for or accept bank PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs or passwords.
  • Companionship services are strictly non-romantic and non-sexual.
  • Caretakers and escorts do not perform medical procedures.

Yes. You set your own availability, so you can work a few hours a week or full days.

Do I have to offer every service?

No. Choose only the services where you have real experience — focused profiles earn more trust.

Are membership prices inclusive of GST?

No. Membership prices are shown excluding 18% GST, which is added at checkout.
