1. About this disclaimer
This disclaimer applies to nesttr.com and every page, guide and service listing on it (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by PASSKOT PRIVATE LIMITED ("Nesttr", "we", "us"). By using the Platform you accept this disclaimer together with our Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Nesttr is a marketplace, not an employer
Nesttr is an online platform that helps people find and book independent helpers for everyday tasks. Helpers are independent individuals who choose their own services, availability and working hours. They are not employees, agents or representatives of Nesttr. While we ask helpers to complete identity and address verification before they can accept bookings, verification reduces risk but cannot eliminate it, and it is not a guarantee of any helper's skill, conduct or suitability for a particular task.
You remain responsible for deciding whether a helper is right for you, for sharing clear instructions, and for taking sensible precautions — for example, keeping valuables and cash secured, and never sharing banking passwords, OTPs or PINs with anyone.
3. Non-medical care services
Services such as "Caretaker for a Day", "Elder Companionship" and "Hospital & Appointment Escort" are non-medical support services. Helpers offering them are not nurses or doctors unless their profile clearly states a relevant qualification, and they must not administer medicines by injection, change dressings on serious wounds, or make medical decisions. Nothing on the Platform is a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical professional. In a medical emergency in India, call 112 or 108 immediately.
4. Professional services (physiotherapy and counselling)
Physiotherapists and psychologists or counsellors listed on Nesttr are independent professionals responsible for their own qualifications, registrations and professional conduct. Nesttr does not provide clinical services, does not supervise treatment and does not endorse any particular course of therapy. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact the Tele-MANAS helpline (14416) or call 112 straight away rather than waiting for a booking.
"Talk Buddy" is a friendly listening service. Talk Buddies are not therapists or counsellors and cannot provide mental health treatment.
5. Companionship services are strictly platonic
All companionship and outing services (such as Movie Partner, Coffee Partner, Travel Partner and Event Partner) are strictly non-romantic and non-sexual. Any request or behaviour that breaks this rule is a violation of our Code of Conduct and leads to removal from the Platform.
6. Guides, articles and general information
The articles in our Guides section are written to be practical and helpful, but they are general information only. They are not legal, medical, financial or professional advice, and they may not suit your particular situation. Laws, prices and procedures in India change over time, so please check important details with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before relying on them. We do our best to keep content accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current or free of errors.
7. Prices and availability
Service prices shown on the Platform are indicative hourly rates. The final price of a booking is the price shown to you at the time you confirm it. Availability of helpers and services varies by city and time, and services listed for a city may not always be available. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
8. Advertising and third-party links
The Platform shows advertisements served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. Advertisements are provided by third parties, and their appearance on Nesttr is not an endorsement of the advertiser, product or service. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability of third-party websites. How advertising cookies are used is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in India, Nesttr is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, from information published on it, or from the acts or omissions of any helper or customer, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Any claim relating to a specific booking is handled as described in our Terms.
