1. Ownership of content
Unless stated otherwise, the content on nesttr.com — including the text of our pages and guides, the Nesttr name and logo, the site design, layout, graphics and code — is owned by PASSKOT PRIVATE LIMITED or used with permission, and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws of India and international treaties.
Helpers and customers keep ownership of the content they upload themselves, such as profile photos, profile descriptions and reviews. By uploading content you give Nesttr a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform for as long as it remains there, as described in our Terms.
2. What you may do
You are welcome to:
- read, print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use;
- share links to any page on Nesttr;
- quote short extracts from our Guides with a clear credit to Nesttr and a link back to the original article.
3. What you may not do
Without our written permission, you may not:
- copy or republish our guides, service descriptions or other pages in full or in substantial part on another website, app or publication;
- scrape the Platform, or collect helper or customer data from it by automated means;
- use the Nesttr name, logo or any confusingly similar mark in a way that suggests you are Nesttr, are partnered with Nesttr, or are endorsed by Nesttr.
4. Trademarks
"Nesttr" and the Nesttr logo are trade names and marks used by PASSKOT PRIVATE LIMITED. Other product and company names mentioned on the Platform — including names of apps, payment providers and government services referred to in our guides — belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those products. Such mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
5. Reporting copyright infringement
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that content on Nesttr infringes your copyright, please send a written notice through our Contact page with the subject line "Copyright notice". Your notice should include:
- your full name, postal address, phone number and email address;
- a description of the copyrighted work that you say has been infringed;
- the exact URL(s) of the page or profile on Nesttr where the material appears;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review notices in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and we follow equivalent principles for notices sent under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Where a notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, inform the person who posted it.
6. Counter-notice
If content you posted was removed and you believe this was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice through the same Contact page. Include your contact details, the URL of the removed content, and a statement explaining why you believe the removal was a mistake. We may share your counter-notice with the person who made the original complaint.
7. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post content that infringes other people's rights will be suspended or removed from the Platform.
8. Misuse of this process
Please only send a notice if you genuinely believe your rights have been infringed. Knowingly sending false or misleading notices may make you legally responsible for any resulting damage.
