- Booking information — the services you book, dates, times, locations and notes you share with helpers.
- Helper applications — details you submit when applying to become a helper, such as contact details, services offered and verification information.
- Payment information — payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Razorpay or UPI apps). We receive payment status and transaction references but do not store your full card or bank details.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and timestamps, collected automatically in server logs.
