1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing nesttr.com or using any Nesttr service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. About the service
Nesttr is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent helpers. Helpers are not employees of Nesttr. Nesttr is not a medical, emergency, legal or financial service; for emergencies, call 112.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nesttr. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure, and for all activity under your account.
4. Bookings and payments
Prices shown are starting rates and may vary by city, duration and requirements. Payments are made through our payment partners. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Code of Conduct
Everyone on Nesttr — customers and helpers — must:
- Treat others with respect; harassment, discrimination, threats or abuse are not tolerated
- Keep all companionship and outing services strictly platonic — no romantic, sexual or escort services of any kind may be requested or offered
- Not request or perform anything illegal, unsafe, or outside the booked service
- Not ask for or make payments outside the platform for booked services
- Report any safety concern to Nesttr immediately
Breaking these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal, and where appropriate, reporting to authorities.
6. Helpers
Helpers are responsible for the quality and legality of the services they provide, for holding any licences required (for example, a valid driving licence or professional qualifications for physiotherapy or counselling), and for their own taxes.
7. Content and intellectual property
The Nesttr name, logo and website content belong to Nesttr. Reviews and content you post must be honest and must not infringe anyone’s rights; you give us permission to display them on the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nesttr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of helpers or customers. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Nesttr and request account deletion at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any disputes.
